Karate is offered on Wednesdays from 4:30 - 5:30 pm.
Martial arts covers a wide range of activities that involve different techniques, exercise, and mental toughness. Martial arts also teaches self-defense and can improve a child's confidence and self esteem. When used as exercise, it can be great at teaching balance, strength, and flexibility. Karate is all about giving your child the confidence to feel safe!
