Due to the recent popularity created by Ninja Warrior, here at Biondi, we now offer ninja warrior style training for recreational athletes up to the serious Ninja Warrior Competitor.
This class provides a fun way for students to work on extensive upper body, core strength and flexibility training. We also focus on teaching the importance of balance and body awareness. Not only will our Ninja Warrior class get your athlete in TOP shape, but Ninja Warrior Competition ready.
Our goal is to eventually host and/or participate in local Ninja Warrior Competitions if the athlete is interested.
